Call Item #14 - Appropriate additional funding for elevators at the Greenwich Library. The FY24-25 capital budget included $1,021,000.00 to modernize these elevators, but due to cost increases in the year since the original estimates were compiled by the Library's elevator consultant, the lowest bid came in over the authorized budget.
