Measure: Amend Vacancy Filing Requirements - Wet Ink or Electronic

Kimberly Morgan Blank, Member of District 7, made a motion to amend Item No. 25 which was duly moved and seconded as follows:
(b) Any vacancy in the full number of RTM members from any district, whether arising from a failure of the registered voters thereof to elect, or from any other cause, may be filled by the remaining members of said district from among the registered voters thereof. Upon such filing, receipt of a member's resignation, petition therefor, signed by not less than a majority of the RTM members from the district, either by electronic or wet signature, notice of any vacancy shall promptly be given by the Town Clerk to the remaining members from the district in which the vacancy exists.
