Jansen, Chairman of Budget Overview Committee, made a motion on behalf of the committee, to delete $116,000 from 822 Parks & Recreation – Parks, Playgrounds and Fields 983-23380 Park Improvement (Bible Street Pickle Ball Courts). Edward T. Broadhurst, III, Member of District 5, moved the previous question, which was duly moved and seconded. On a vote by Raised Hands, the motion to limit debate carried by a 2/3rds vote in favor.
