Measure: Amend 6B Noise Ordinance - Postponed Second Reading (item #5)

The Moderator announced that Item No. 5 on the Call which is back pursuant to the “Second Reading” requirement was now before the meeting. On December 7, 2023, the Greenwich Board of Health voted unanimously to repeal the existing town noise ordinance, rendering this amendment without an ordinance to amend. Daniel E. P. Quigley, Chairman of Land Use Committee, made a motion on behalf of Land Use, Legislative & Rules and Health & Human Services Committees to postpone indefinitely Item No. 5.
